Just his tired mama typing with one hand while holding a sleeping little dude in the other arm.
We just got home from the emergency room after a certain little monkey man had a bad reaction to a teething biscuit.
You can see some of the swelling in the cell phone pic above.
It had already gone down some at that point after a shot and some oral meds.
